About
Organisational Intelligence is run by Karl Khang, a commercial and analytics operator of fifteen years across beauty and consumer-goods businesses in Asia Pacific. Full background at karlkhang.com.
It researches how people and AI run organisations together: what each does best, how judgment and ownership stay with people, and how the routine load shifts to AI.
The lab
Organisational Intelligence studies one question: how a company should be run when people and AI work as partners. People keep the judgment, the relationships, and the accountability; AI takes on the routine load and the work that scales. It publishes the research in the open: operating models, governance, the economics of a team where people and agents share the work. It is written for the executives who have to make those calls, including the ones wary of handing too much to AI. It runs as one accountable person and a roster of AI agents, structured the way it argues a company should be. The harness shows the workers and their real cost; the blueprint shows what the research produces.
